Course Objective:
The Diploma in X-Ray Technician course aims to equip students with the necessary theoretical knowledge and practical skills to become proficient in the field of radiology and medical imaging. This course provides students with in-depth understanding of radiographic techniques, safety measures, radiology equipment, and patient care in a medical setting. The course prepares students to work as competent X-Ray technicians in hospitals, diagnostic centers, and healthcare institutions, ensuring they can operate radiology equipment efficiently and safely to assist in the diagnosis of medical conditions.
Course Content:
This program includes a combination of theoretical and practical training over the span of four semesters. Students will learn about human anatomy and physiology, radiographic imaging, radiation protection, patient care, and the operation and maintenance of X-ray equipment. The curriculum also covers advanced imaging techniques such as CT scans, MRI basics, and interventional radiology.
