Duration- 6 Months
Instruments & Tools, Drawing, CNC Theory, CNC programming (Co-ordinate), CNC programming (Practical)
The 6-Month Certificate Course in CNC Programming & Machine Operation is a comprehensive, hands-on technical training program designed to develop the skills required to write CNC programs, set up CNC machines, and perform precision machining operations in manufacturing industries.
This course covers both theoretical concepts and practical applications of Computer Numerical Control (CNC) technology, including Lathe (Turning) and Milling machines. Trainees will learn to interpret engineering drawings, use G-code & M-code, operate CNC simulators, and practice real-time programming for production-level tasks.
Ideal for ITI students, diploma holders, and job seekers in mechanical fields, this course opens pathways to job roles in automotive, aerospace, tool-room, and heavy industries.
To understand the fundamentals of CNC machines and operations
To learn manual programming (G-code, M-code) for CNC turning and milling
To develop skills in machine setup, tool selection, and work offsetting
To enable students to operate CNC machines safely and efficiently
To prepare candidates for employment in precision machining industries
