The Diploma in Physiotherapy (DPT) is a comprehensive 2-year paramedical diploma course designed to train students in the fundamentals of physiotherapy and patient rehabilitation. This course aims to develop skilled assistants who can support licensed physiotherapists in treating patients with musculoskeletal, neurological, and functional impairments caused by injuries, surgeries, or chronic health conditions.
The program combines theoretical knowledge with practical training, focusing on exercise therapy, electrotherapy, rehabilitation techniques, and patient care. It is designed to build competence in providing therapeutic support, using physiotherapy equipment, and ensuring proper patient mobility and safety.
Students will gain real-world experience through internships in hospitals, physiotherapy clinics, and rehabilitation centers.

To develop clinical skills necessary for assisting in physiotherapy sessions.
