The Certificate in Diet Assistant (CDA) is a short-term program aimed at providing foundational knowledge and practical skills in nutrition and dietetics. This course covers essential topics such as human nutrition, dietary guidelines, meal planning, and the role of nutrition in disease prevention. Students will learn to assist in creating balanced diets, understand nutritional requirements, and promote healthy eating habits. Upon completion, graduates will be prepared to work under the supervision of dietitians and nutritionists in hospitals, clinics, wellness centers, and community health programs.
