The Certificate in Physiotherapy Assistant (CPTA) is a short-term skill-based training program designed to equip students with the foundational knowledge and hands-on skills required to assist professional physiotherapists in clinical and home-care settings. This program prepares students to support rehabilitation treatments for patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, or chronic physical conditions.
Through a combination of classroom instruction, demonstrations, and practical sessions, students will learn about human anatomy, basic physiotherapy techniques, patient mobility support, and therapeutic exercises. Emphasis is placed on patient care, communication, and ethical healthcare practices.
